We stayed for five days after choosing the hotel based on positive online reviews, and it turned into one of our worst experiences. The first room was dirty and had a cockroach in the bathroom, so on the second day they moved us to another room and called it an “upgrade.” The flush and exhaust fan in that room didn’t work. We left the key with them while we were out and asked for the issues to be fixed, but nothing had been repaired and the room hadn’t been cleaned when we returned. On the third morning they called again to offer another room change. We were tired of moving and said no, but then someone from reception came straight to our room to try to persuade us. We refused. After that, we took the key with us when we went out because we felt unsettled by the staff and worried they might move our things without telling us. When we got back that night, our key had been disabled. It was a terrible stay. The hotel needs to make serious improvements to its cleanliness and service.

The one issue for me was the bill: I booked through agoda. Com and they issued it in USD instead of INR, which I needed. Apart from that, the room and washroom were spacious and clean, the bed was a good size, and hot water was available 24X7. Room service responded promptly, and the food was good. I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and was satisfied. I also saw many couples and families there for long weekends.

Fuyez à tout prix! This was the worst hotel I’ve ever had the chance to sleep in. If you like cockroaches, staff creeping around, and a flush that doesn’t work, this place is for you. For anyone reasonably normal, I’d strongly advise against it. There are plenty of better hotels in India. I’m giving one star because I can’t give less.

Mr. Rahul was really helpful with the language and made my stay comfortable. That hospitality is why I came back for a second time. The other staff were helpful with what I needed, too. The rooms are good, and I’d recommend this place for families. Thank you, team 😊
