Vista

We expected better service from Hotel Vista for our important event, but the whole experience was deeply disappointing. We had paid in full in advance, yet staff were disorganized and unprofessional, and coordination and communication between them were shockingly poor. When we arrived, Mr. Pushkar refused to serve food, wrongly saying payment hadn't been made. It took 30 minutes to sort out, and many guests left without food in the meantime, which badly affected our reputation. Once the food was served, we found they had arranged only 150 plates instead of 200. When we raised it, staff argued with us in front of guests before correcting the mistake. It was embarrassing and frustrating. Ms. Komal Kathuria, Senior Event Manager, spoke rudely to us when we brought up the issue. The food being prepared for our event was being served to them, and they showed no decency in how they spoke to their guests. We also paid Mr. Imran extra for the decorations, but he didn't provide what we'd agreed on and was unprofessional throughout. Hotel Vista failed to deliver the standard of service it claims to offer for professional events. I wouldn't recommend this venue for a family or professional gathering, or any important occasion.

I visited for a corporate event today, 24 Aug 2024. The hotel may be good, but the staff serving food behaved very badly and didn't know how to speak to guests. The service was absolutely pathetic. I don't know why the hotel hired such rude, ill-mannered staff who are damaging its goodwill. I suggest improving staff quality so other guests don't end up disappointed with the service.

The garden space is very nice and has a hall attached. I went for a wedding, so I'm not sure whether Vista management arranged the food and decorations, but the arrangements were satisfactory. The bad part was that the service area was entirely outside, alongside the road out of the venue. It looked really unpleasant, with utensils being washed and rubbish lying around.

For events and functions, this place seems like a solid choice. There’s plenty of parking, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the food was delicious. The toilets and accommodation were clean, security was good, and the staff behaved well. I couldn’t spot a swimming pool, though I’m not sure whether there is one. I’d give it 4 to 5 stars.
