The checkout was a mess. We were told a two-hour extension would be free, then asked for ₹800; after arguing, we still had to pay ₹600. During our two days there, basic things like towels, water bottles, and dental kits kept requiring repeated requests, and they could take an hour to arrive. The water supply was unreliable, too. It stopped during a shower, and what came out was ice cold, with no hot water. The power went off in the middle of the night, and the bedsheets were in terrible condition. It was a very poor stay, with unhygienic rooms and staff who didn’t keep their word. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel in Delhi.

The food was delicious and the location was convenient, which rounded out a really nice stay at Hotel Vista Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everyone was polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Parveen, the Front Office Manager, for his professional service and hospitality. I’d be happy to come back. 😊

It’s easy to get around from Karol Bagh Vista Inn, with Karol Bagh market and the metro station both a short walk away. I thought it was good value for money. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in Delhi, highly recommended.

I was inconvenienced when the hotel wouldn’t let my friend, a known guest of mine, come up to my room. I was willing to provide their valid ID, but staff gave no clear reason and handled it unprofessionally. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
