We were exhausted, so we stayed the first night, but the place was filthy, with garbage on the floor and broken door locks. There was no hotel sign, building, or even a room under this name. The man who sent me the location on WhatsApp later denied having anything to do with Oyo or the hotel and said I had the wrong number. I never received the bill they promised to send on WhatsApp. I followed up for days, then gave up and lost the 1100 I spent. They also made open threats and cheated me in broad daylight. Women and couples should avoid this place. It felt highly insecure. If something happens, nobody can do anything to these fraudsters because there's no proper place here. Plain fraud.

I spent over three hours on the phone with the OYO team. They eventually refunded me, but couldn't help me find somewhere to stay while I was in a new city. The hotel doesn't exist, and other customers have reported the same problem. OYO should take it off the website and inspect properties and their valid documents before listing them, so people using the platform aren't scammed. This was my first OYO booking and probably my last. After this experience, I wouldn't book a room with them again.

There isn't even a hotel there. I booked through Oyo, but when I arrived nobody answered at first. After I kept calling, someone picked up, said they were asleep and not to disturb them, then gave me a different number. That person sent me to another hotel and asked me to pay again.

The rooms smelled bad and the service was horrible. Apparently this is the same Taj residency under another name. If you book here, they'll say this hotel doesn't exist, then ask you to pay double for a room at fab express Taj residency.
