The hotel is on a busy, lively street and is close to both the railway station and metro, so getting around is easy. I felt safe there. The room was spacious and tidy, room service was good, and check-in and checkout were simple.

The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. I found the staff very cooperative and had a comfortable stay. If you don’t like the hustle and bustle of Pagar Gunj, this place probably isn’t for you. I’m from the core of Kathmandu, though, and it felt like home. The room and breakfast prices were fair given Delhi’s cost of living.

The receptionist was rude and unhelpful when we raised problems, with no apology or concern. That poor attitude matched the general lack of care for guests. The TV connection was cut off before checkout, which was inconvenient while we were still in the room. The bedding was filthy: a torn blanket, dusty sheet, and dirty bed liner covered in visible stains and spots. After sleeping there, we developed rashes, which made the hygiene problem feel like a real health concern. The bathroom didn’t seem properly cleaned either, since the handwash bottle was sticky and dirty. The website says rooms have a kettle and fridge, but our room had neither. There was no drinking water placed in the room; we had to ask for it. This hotel isn’t worth the money, time, or stress, and I’d strongly advise travelers to avoid it. It showed complete disregard for cleanliness, guest comfort, and honest service.

I was only here with a group, and wouldn’t choose to come back. The bathroom had mold and was terrible, the power switch didn’t work, and when toilet paper ran out the housekeeper never brought more after I asked. The breakfast was clean, but Indian rather than European. It was very loud, and I couldn’t sleep because of the street noise. The area felt unsafe and dirty, and this didn’t seem like a hotel for tourists. The photos on Booking and the website were fake; nothing looked as described.
