Leisurrestay by OYO Rooms

After a three-day journey from Kerala, I was exhausted and had struggled to reach the hotel. The street was nasty and felt like a slum. Even though I had booked through goibibo well in advance and paid ahead, they told me there was no room when I arrived. They said to book another hotel, then after a long discussion sent me to a friend's hotel instead. I paid for an auto to get there, only to find that place full too. I was at my wits' end and called goibibo care. With no other choice, I booked another hotel.

The location felt shady, the rooms weren't clean, and there was a lot of noise. Service was awful. I stayed here in June this year, and after I checked out, a receptionist messaged my personal phone number with creepy messages. He must have taken the number from the hotel records. I went alone, and I've since learned the same thing happened to another friend who stayed there around the same time.

The location was bad, and the bathroom mirror and toilet seat were broken. There wasn't even a towel. I stayed for two days, but nobody cleaned the room. Not recommended.

Slow room service and third-class service overall. They don't have their own menu, and didn't even provide drinking water in the room. It's an ugly gift wrapped in a nice cover. 👎
