Mr tarun at the tipple bar was polite and very helpful in the bar section. The hotel is well managed, clean, and the other staff and coordinators behaved well too. I was fully satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it to people close to me on TripAdvisor.

The food was delicious and high quality, room service was prompt, well organized, and courteous, and the spa was deeply relaxing, especially for my mother. We stayed for four nights for wedding events and enjoyed our time at Taj Vivanta. The event hall was spacious, and the cocktail party was set up very well. The entrance has a great ambiance, with good security checks, and the reception staff were very helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well designed. The bathroom had a few cosmetic problems, including a dirty mirror and some poor finish work, but overall it's a really good place.
