Hotel Swaran Palace

The receptionist's attitude was on another level. We had to check out early and only then found out there was no hot water. You also have to call reception to get the geyser switched on, something nobody mentioned. There were no towels, toiletries, or complimentary water bottles.

I could only give it 1, even though I'd rate it lower. The rooms were filthy and unhygienic, and the staff were rude. There was no hot water, so we asked for a bucket of water for our child. They gave us barely warm water just for the sake of it, and even the tap water was dirty. Please don't consider staying here. And believe me, the positive reviews are fake.

Rude staff, dirty linen and no hot water. If -5 were possible, that's what I'd give. Don't book here.

We booked two rooms, and both had the same problems: the hotel was untidy, dust was everywhere, and the pillows and bedsheets were yellow and dirty. We stayed through a Bank of Baroda partnership benefit, but they restricted mineral water and wouldn't change the sheets, not even once. When we raised concerns or asked for help, the staff shouted at us and answered like they didn't care. They refused outright to change a bedsheet. A woeful experience. Never come here.
