The rooms and facilities were average, but the service and pricing ruined the stay. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and seemed more interested in arguing than helping. They charged ₹15 for a 500 ml water bottle with an MRP of ₹10. When I questioned it, they acted arrogantly and offered no satisfactory explanation. Charging above the printed price felt like taking advantage of guests. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are better places that treat customers respectfully and price things fairly.

The breakfast was amazing and had a real Odisha taste, and my stay was very comfortable. Mr. Debraj was professional, polite, and supportive throughout. He responded quickly to requests, kept a positive attitude, and made sure everything I needed was handled efficiently.

Room service and cleaning were done daily, and the staff were very polite. I liked my stay here and would recommend it to my friends. The service was top-notch, and it was a great experience overall.

Being near NH16 makes this a handy stop for road travel. The food was tasty, though the rice portion was very small. My Classic Room was average and the mattress was really uncomfortable. I expected covered parking from what I saw while booking, but it was actually in an open area by the roadside. The worst part was the noise, which went on until 3 AM. Bachelors were partying in a room with a loud speaker, and nobody from management stepped in until I complained. I couldn’t sleep properly, and the lack of management and common sense was frustrating.
