Collection O 77151 Hotel Royal Crystal

Cockroaches and mosquitoes were all over the room, and the sheets and towels smelled bad. The toilet smelled awful too. There was no Wi-Fi, and when I asked, they blamed a bad connection from the source. Staff were unhelpful and rude. The woman at reception argued with me, and whenever I asked for service, they made excuses instead of helping. The rooms were dirty, yet they acted as if giving me one was a favor. Breakfast was poor and took too long to prepare.

They charged me an extra 600/- to let me into a room three hours before the hotel's check-in time, and the staff behaved very poorly. The room had cockroaches and dirty sheets. There was no kitchen, and although breakfast had been included when I booked, they served puri sabzi from a street cart in a plastic carry bag. When the power went out for three hours, they weren't willing to start the generator. A very bad experience.

I only stayed one night because it was close to the airport, but I wouldn't stay again even at a discount. The room was cramped, the bed uncomfortable, and the place was full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Cigarette smoke filled the lobby and my room, with some guys staying next door. Room service was awful, and they didn't clean the room. It was a nightmare.

There were major power cuts, and the elevator felt dangerous because people could get stuck and need help. The staff weren't friendly and kept making excuses when I asked them to clean the room. At night, bed bugs appeared, along with insects in the bathroom. Don't hang cotton clothes here, the insects will eat them. If you're particular about cleanliness, this place isn't for you. I wouldn't choose it; it's not worth it.
