We got a two-bed room for ₹1500, which worked for four family members and was a good deal for budget travelers. We stayed around 17th January, though, and cleanliness was a major problem. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty, and hygiene overall wasn't up to standard. The walls were old, badly painted, and visibly stained. The homestay needs to do more about cleanliness and basic upkeep, even if the price is reasonable.

The decor and amenities at Shivansh home stay showed real attention to detail, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I recommend it if you want a comfortable place within walking distance of Lingaraj temple.

For 1200, they provide two queen beds. The room is good and has AC, a geyser, and an Aqua Guard, plus there's a huge parking area.
