Our included breakfast was refused because service starts at 8 AM and we were leaving at 7, and nobody offered an alternative. The staff were rude and uncooperative. The room we were given was nowhere near Deluxe standard: the kitchen was directly opposite it, leaving no privacy or peace; the pillows and chair cushions were dirty; the paint was damaged; and the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty. We got just one water bottle for three people for one night. Before booking, I had a video call and was shown properly finished rooms, so the actual room felt misleadingly different. We booked Deluxe Rooms through Treebo and paid 50% 15 days in advance. I was told the balance could be paid at checkout, but the hotel staff pressured me to pay all of it at check-in. I’d read positive reviews on several sites, but my stay didn’t match them at all. It wasn’t worth the money or the price paid, and didn’t meet the expected standards of a “Deluxe” category.
