The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I found the residential area quiet, and getting around to places like Hussain Sagar and NTR Gardens seemed convenient. It's about 4 km from Secunderabad Junction and 11 km from Charminar. The place felt like decent value for a budget stay, with Wi-Fi, parking, AC, TV, private bathrooms, daily cleaning, and 24-hour check-in. Breakfast was continental, and the toiletries and linens were reliable. There are a few practical drawbacks. The property is hard to spot because the sign is small, and there aren't restaurants or tea stalls within a kilometre, so plan your meals. Some rooms have older window AC units, and there can be lighting or upstairs Wi-Fi issues. A few guests also found booking and payment details confusing. I'd call ahead for directions, bring snacks, and ask about the AC and lighting if those matter to you.

The breakfast was good, with things like idli and dosa, and the Wi-Fi was free and fast. For the price, it's a reasonable deal. Just don't expect nice decor or rooms that are especially well maintained.

The employees were pleasant, polite, and friendly, and the food was fresh and tasty. My room was clean and spacious too. The area itself was quiet, with different transport options available within about 50 metres. I had an excellent stay.

I stayed here with my family, and my parents really enjoyed the food. The rooms were clean and the hospitality was good. Finding the hotel was the one hassle: we had to get out of the cab nearby and look around, though it was within about 20 metres of the map pin.

The staff were polite, the geyser and Wi-Fi worked well, and my OYO booking included breakfast. It takes a little while to get there by road, but I still liked staying here in Hyderabad. It's especially handy if you're with five people, with an ATM and a Starbucks nearby.
