The room was clean, and the guy at the front desk was especially helpful. The staff were awesome, and I had a good stay. I'd recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Noise from the hall and neighboring rooms kept me from sleeping properly, and there was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioning barely worked, too. The room also didn't match the online photos: it was small, outdated, and badly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets didn't feel clean, there was dust on the furniture, and mold in the bathroom corners.

I booked for two nights but left after just one, and didn't get a refund. The lift couldn't reach the ground floor because its button was missing, so I had to go to the first floor and take the stairs. The room was a nightmare, with cockroaches everywhere, no water or soap in the washroom, and filthy sheets, pillows, and quilt that made it impossible to sleep. When I asked for replacements, staff said they didn't have extra covers or bedding. The AC was dripping. Avoid this place.

When we arrived with a reservation made through the OYO website, we were told there were no rooms available because we were two women traveling together. It took a heated argument with reception and a complaint to OYO before they reluctantly gave us a room. The room was filthy, with stained sheets and pillowcases, roaches, and a TV that didn't work. We repeatedly asked for clean sheets, but nobody did anything. The lack of basic hygiene and response was inexcusable. The whole experience was unprofessional and showed no care for customers. I can't recommend this OYO room. OYO didn't live up to its reputation, and I'd tell others to find somewhere else. My recent stay was a nightmare from the moment I arrived.
