Nirmalvilla corporate Hotel

I paid the full amount for a booking through the goibibo app, but when I arrived the hotel said it was full and refused to let me stay. I had to book another hotel at extra cost. After two weeks of repeated calls and emails, the team has rejected my refund claim outright. I don't see how they can charge someone without providing any service. I have no choice but to take legal action, and I will update this review with details.

The food is noticeably better this time, including the taste, the variety, and even the tea. My previous stay was good overall, though the food then hadn't met my expectations. I'm glad the feedback was considered and the dining experience improved. Thank you.

A clean room and a good place for families, but the food wasn't good. Please improve its quality.

I stayed nearly 15 days and found the area good, with a metro station within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, and the washrooms are hygienic. Service was good too. The attendants were polite and sorted out my problems. They also provide both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, and I liked it.
