Super Collection O Sharath City Mall Formerly Delight Inn Gachibowli

The hotel's location is great, but the service was terrible. The sheets were very dirty, and they didn't provide good service. Bed bugs kept us from sleeping at night. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

There was a lot of noise, and the hotel is right beside the main road. The AC didn't work, the toilets were dirty, and there were many cockroaches in the wardrobe and bedroom. The pillows were very poor quality.

The location was the best part for me. Anjiyanagar has local shops and street food, transport is easy to find, and two Metro Stations are within 2-3kms, with Hitech City one way and Raidurg the other. The hotel itself was decent, neither good nor bad. The rooms felt cozy to the point of being claustrophobic at times, and staff didn't know English. Unless you called room service, nobody came to help. They mostly left you alone, which could feel nice, though they also seemed careless. I'd say it can work for a bachelor, but families with kids may want to look for a better option. Still, I had a good experience overall.

The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed staying here. Very good place to stay.
