The deluxe rooms were below ordinary, and the bathroom was very dirty. There wasn’t anywhere in it to hang towels or clothes. We asked staff for slippers, but they said they didn’t have any because the store was closed. A very bad experience.

This happened around 10 pm after we’d travelled about 450 km and were very tired. Agoda showed a rate of about 1300 per day, but the property refused to honor the online booking and said it had the right to reject it. We ended up having to book in person for 2000. I don’t understand why online platforms list and promote a place with that attitude. I was very disappointed and strongly advise people not to book this property at any cost.

My parents stayed at the dirty and dusty Raunak hotel (Pinjore) during their holiday, and it was their worst experience. The rooms were in bad condition, the geyser facilities were poor, and there was no cleanliness. They didn’t provide customers with any facilities, and the hospitality was poor.

The lunch was delicious, but the service gets just 3 out of 10.

I didn’t see the rooms, so I can’t say anything about them. The property has a sweet shop, with the restaurant and hotel on the first floor. My restaurant experience was just okay, and I liked the sweet shop better.
