Even the non-AC room was really bad. The rooms and washroom were dirty, the service was poor, and the prices were far too high. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was average, but its location close to Renigunta Railway Station worked well for us since we had an early train. I booked one day through Ixigo. At check-in, the receptionist insisted it was only a 12-hour booking, from noon to midnight. After I challenged that, another staff member checked the confirmation and told him in his language that we had booked 24 hours. I later checked the other booking portals and couldn't find any 12-hour booking option, so it seemed he was trying to mislead us. Be clear about the booking time when you arrive to avoid trouble at checkout. Rates also felt high, though the room was clean. There's no ventilation.

The owner's behavior changed completely after taking the money. Before payment he acted one way, then became arrogant and treated customers terribly. The services advertised online weren't provided, and the place was nothing like the website showed. I've never had this kind of experience with a rest house owner. He seems to care only about money, not customers. I wouldn't visit.
