Oyo 27967 Hotel Kr Bhavan

The South Indian food was delicious, and the chat items were good too. Service was quick and prompt. A great place for vegetarian food near the airport, with hygienic food.

The idly vada and masal dosa were good, and the prices were very normal. There are plenty of seats, including a table big enough for a group of eight. No GST was charged, which was the most important thing for me. The toilet facilities, though, are very poor. I was satisfied with my experience and give the hotel 5 stars.

The location and parking were both great, but the accommodation was unhygienic. There was blood on the mattress, and customer service was bad. The hotel's exterior looks good, but inside it was unclean. They promised complimentary breakfast and then refused it, and there was no OYO soap or body wash package. Cleanliness and customer service were both 1/5, location and parking 5/5, with an overall rating of 1/5. It didn't meet Oyo standards.

The rooms are good for the price, as long as you don't expect too much. There's no proper reception desk, just a small table on the first floor, and only one boy looking after things. He was courteous and helpful, though. Overall, it was OK.
