Super Hotel O New Pacifica Grand

The room was filthy: burn holes and strange stains all over the bed, mold in the bathroom, and splatters on the walls. I’m usually pretty tolerant of rough hotels, but this was one of my worst stays, especially with the staff’s hospitality. We arrived late and were treated like we didn’t know our own address. Seven staff members spent about 20 minutes staring and discussing it after we explained, which felt really uncomfortable. There was also loud yelling from children and other people until 1am.

I ended up leaving after an hour and booking somewhere else. I’d booked for 16 January using coupons, so the price was 601, but the manager demanded an unexplained extra 2000 and wouldn’t let me have a room. OYO support didn’t resolve it, and neither the hotel landline nor the owner answered calls. I had a terrible experience and hope OYO removes places like this.

Please don’t book here. They wouldn’t honor OYO bookings and asked for extra money. The place also lacked basic things, like hot water and a decent bed. I’m really disappointed with OYO.

I got a very dirty, poor room and had to return it.
