Hotel ANR

I stayed at ANR Hotel for four nights, from 19/03/26 to 23/03/26. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were cooperative. Shubham ji deserves a special mention for being so polite and humble. I would rate the stay 4 out of 5, and would otherwise recommend the place. There was poor coordination among the reception staff, which cost me Rs.300/-. When I raised it, the manager was rude and blamed me instead of hearing me out, which felt completely unfair. That's what I experienced personally. Later, the night staff called, acknowledged my concern, agreed with my point, and assured me the amount would be compensated on my next visit. Thank you.

We ate nearly all our meals at the hotel, and everything we ordered was simply amazing. The staff were incredibly caring during our nearly week-long stay, looking after us as if we were their parents or grandparents. Their concern for our well-being touched us, and we'll keep them in our hearts and minds. We're very grateful and love them all. For care and kindness, this hotel gets first prize, and I'd recommend it. Our room was a good size, comfortable and clean, with good AC. The bathroom was tiny but clean, with plenty of hot water. There were no windows, though, and we shared the room with a cockroach. We asked for spray, but they used dish liquid or floor cleaner here and there, which didn't help. The bathroom mat was filthy, and although I asked for it to be changed, it never was.

The location is good, but the thin walls let you hear sounds from other rooms and outside. There are two tables in the room, and one could be removed to make more space for guests with lots of luggage.

We stayed for two days after coming from Delhi, and the staff were really polite and professional. The receptionists were all very nice, dressed properly, and the staff treated us well. They asked us nicely about the rate for our stay. Everything went smoothly, including the cleanliness and the respectful, responsive guard at the gate. The morning breakfast buffet was amazing, freshly cooked and complete at such a good price. They have different room categories and offers for longer stays too. I'm not going to exaggerate, this hotel deserves 5/5 stars for the effort they put in. The service felt on par with a 3-star hotel, close to 4-star. Try contacting them directly if you want a really good, lower price. If the price came down a little more, it'd be super excellent!
