While I was there with a fever, the geyser in my room didn't work and the room itself was in poor shape. When I raised it, the owner, Surya, said he wasn't responsible for fixing it and refused to take responsibility. It was a distressing and insensitive response to a basic need. I felt misled, unsupported, and harassed throughout the stay. The experience was very unprofessional, with no accountability or proper service. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The hotel was very dirty, and getting anything from the staff was a struggle. We asked for a water bottle and a blanket again and again, but neither arrived before morning. They just kept telling us to speak to the owner. Terrible hotel and staff.

Nothing in the room seemed to work properly, and the staff weren't cooperative. A very bad stay.

The beds were crawling with insects, and the sheets and pillows were dirty. Staff offered no service at all. I wouldn't stay here even for an hour.

The bathrooms were unhygienic and the bedrooms were filthy. Staff were useless and didn't even know how to speak to guests. I run a hotel with over 20 rooms and 6 staff, and this kind of behavior needs to stop. Don't waste your money. I don't recommend this hotel.
