The lift wasn’t working, and when I asked Abhishek, he said there was nothing they could do and told me to complain online. I’d booked two rooms for five guests and arrived at 2:30 pm, two and a half hours after check-in started at noon, but was still asked to wait 15 minutes for the rooms. There were no towels or enough water bottles, the washrooms were dirty, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty too. I’ll never recommend anyone book this hotel.

I chose this hotel based on its online photos and reviews, but the rooms were in pathetic condition. The bathrooms, linen, furniture, and rooms were all very bad and dirty. Receptionist Abhishek wasn’t helpful and took over four hours after check-in to fix things and provide everything. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL

The location is good, and the woman at reception was kind and polite. The room was okay, but it needs some fixes: there were no towel holders or shower holder on the wall, the old towel should be replaced, and the bathroom door had no lock on the inside. The room had AC, but I couldn't control it. Cockroaches also need pest control.

Abhishek and the staff were slow to respond and didn't seem prompt about fixing anything. Never book this hotel.
