The lift smelled awful, and the hygiene throughout was very poor. My room and washroom were extremely dirty and badly maintained. I stayed two nights but was uncomfortable the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Arjun International.

2/10
The room smelled stuffy and foul, and it was unhygienic enough that I checked out after the first night, even though I’d booked two. Room 305 had a stained bedsheet, damp damaged wallpaper peeling away, and no cupboard. There were no standard Oyo toiletries either. The bucket and mug were white with deposits, unhygienic and unfit for use in any hotel. Oyo needs to review this hotel’s rooms and facilities because they don’t meet its norms and standards. It was a sad experience.

The tea was the one letdown. Otherwise, I had a good stay, with friendly, cooperative staff, tasty food, and a nice ambience. Everything else was satisfactory.

Good service, and problems get resolved immediately. Harsh ji and Aman's behaviour at reception was very polite. This is the best hotel under budget, with good staff who communicate professionally.

The location is good, and the rooms are clean. Receptionist took good care of customers' comfort, big thanks for that. Staff are polite and professional, so I highly recommend it.
