The service was awful. The hotel staff and manager, along with some constables, seemed to be working together to pressure guests for money. They made what I believe were false and inappropriate allegations, intimidated guests, and used unfair tactics to try to get as much money as possible. I wouldn’t visit this property for a gathering or a stay.
I booked through oyo, but Google Maps showed the wrong location and I couldn’t find the hotel at first. Once I got there, a group of rowdy people were drinking at reception, swearing at and mistreating guests. They refused to check me in even after I showed my booking ID, said it was their personal property, then started pushing and fighting. I left, saying I’d file a police complaint, and Oyo arranged somewhere else for me to stay. My experience was horrendous. LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR STAY. Never book this hotel.
There was no water in the morning, the TV didn’t work, and the charging point wasn’t working either. The room and washroom were unclean, the Western toilet didn’t work properly, and all the furniture was dusty. I spent 15 minutes talking to Oyo customer care and the manager, but they didn’t solve anything, then disconnected the call. Oyo also fools its customers.
I’m satisfied with the service at this hotel.
It’s just okay, and the price is reasonable.
