Hotel Arma Inn by OYO Rooms

The rooms and toilets weren't even clean, and the staff and management were terrible. They didn't make the bed properly and didn't seem to care. There was nobody at reception when I needed something urgently at night, and nobody there for an early morning checkout either. For this price, the service was third class. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Never book it.

The location was the only downside for me. Inside, the place looked good, and the food was good too. I went for an engagement ceremony. There's a lift for anyone who can't manage the stairs up to the rooftop on the third floor. I'd suggest it for a small function with a limited gathering.

The service was really bad and cheap, yet very, very expensive.

I paid 5000 rupees for the room, but the Wi-Fi didn't work and there was no hot water. I had to ask them four times to fix the TV, and the bathroom was messier than most hostels. Then I woke up to find a chicken bone in my bed. When I checked out an hour late, they wanted to charge me 5000 rupees for an extra day's stay.
