I never stayed there, so I can’t comment on the property itself. After two weeks of discussion and several follow-ups, management changed its answer: first they said accommodation was available, then they said they only provide it for corporate events and told me to find somewhere else. I found the communication poor and the behavior very unprofessional. Don’t rely on their word about a booking, since they may change the decision at any time.

The rooms are large and get great light, but this is only a service apartment, so don’t expect more. Cleaning was an issue and the service was slow. I had to go downstairs and chase the staff to get the place cleaned.

For a stay of a few days, this apartment is a good option. It has all the amenities, and you can cook if you want. There’s also tiffin service. Monthly costs run from 30,000 to 50,000.

A pleasant stay at an affordable rate, with a nice environment and classic home decor. The flat has a living room and two bedrooms, all with AC, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice balcony, and two high-class bathrooms with hot-water geysers. Everything was in perfect condition. A place I’d say you must stay in Vadodara.

We needed somewhere to stay for six days before my parents’ housewarming party in Baroda, since we couldn’t enter the new house before then. The flat had all the amenities and felt like a real home. The people there were soft-spoken and so helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.
