The staff were helpful, and the hotel was clean, hygienic, and attractive. Its location near the railway station is especially handy for guests arriving by train. There’s a restaurant, parking, and a pleasant outdoor area where you can sit and relax. The ambience was good too. The hotel had posted that maintenance work was underway, so I assume that explains the weak shower pressure. We managed to bathe anyway, and it wasn't a major problem. We had a very good stay. Keep travelling and enjoying life, protect the earth, cut down on plastic, keep it green, and plant more trees. 💚

I was told I could check in early at 10 am, but when I arrived, the rooms weren't ready. The woman at reception was rude and took no responsibility. Really disappointing service. Surya, do better!

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, though the passage wasn't very clean. The hotel has its own restaurant, serving a good Gujarati thali. Breakfast was decent but had little variety. It's very close to the station, about a 5-10 minute walk, and the airport is around 30-40 minutes away. Compared with other Surya Brand Hotels, this one is inexpensive and worth the price.

The room had cockroaches, including in the bathroom, and the furniture was mostly broken. The AC, refrigerator, and toilet flush weren't working properly, and the TV needed more recharge. The receptionist didn't answer calls either. Nothing was like it looked online, and some amenities listed on the platforms seemed fake.

I stayed at the hotel for a month and a half. The location in Sayajigunj Vadodara is very nice, the room was excellent, and it was cleaned on time. The staff were really cool.
