When we arrived to check in, they said our rooms weren't available because there was no electricity on the whole floor. Yet we could see people staying on that floor through the windows. They had given our rooms to walk-in guests willing to pay extra, as far as I could tell. I found the property owner dishonest and felt they would go to any lengths for a few extra bucks. Think twice before booking.

We booked a super deluxe two-bedroom room for four people, but the rooms were awful and small, and the attached bathrooms were cramped with hardly any bathing space. They charge Rs400/- per extra person per day/night. The service was not good at all. Even one star is too much, and Oyo should remove its tag from this hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms are both too small, though the service was fine. The person at reception was very helpful. Early in the morning, when the transport they had arranged to the airport didn't show up, he helped arrange another ride.

The morning receptionist was rude and seemed to know nothing about hospitality. When I asked how an extra bed would fit into such a small room, he started shouting. I noticed this at check-in and avoided staying there. I've never had such a horrible experience as at Hotel Relish. They should call it Hotel Rubbish. Avoid it.

This is another problem with OYO and the hotel. I booked a single-person room through the app for 612 rupees, but the hotel staff said they wouldn't give me one because their single room rate was 900. I wasn't going to pay extra when the app showed 612. OYO provided no assistance for half an hour, and I was left standing outside.
