Super Collection O Sanghi Temple Hyderabad Formerly Hotel Jhansi

I booked through OYO on a phone call. The executive took an advance and confirmed the final price for 4 persons. Once I reached the hotel, the property staff demanded extra charges that hadn’t been mentioned when I booked. I asked to cancel because of this, but they gave no refund, even though the issue wasn’t my fault. The listed location was also misleading. The property is very far from Ramoji Film City, and getting there from the highway took a lot of unnecessary time, with extra travel effort and inconvenience. I tried customer support several times but got no proper response or resolution. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’m asking for a full refund of the advance, strict action over the extra charges, and correction of the location details on the platform. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
