At Novotel Hyderabad (Convention Centre), spacious rooms have contemporary décor, large windows, comfortable beds, and well-appointed bathrooms. They're clean and make for a relaxing stay. Some rooms look out over greenery or the pool, which adds to the calm feel. The property has landscaped gardens, walking areas, and a large swimming pool, giving it a resort-like atmosphere that's unusual for a business hotel. Dining includes a broad range of Indian and international food, and the breakfast buffet stands out for its generous selection and fresh, high-quality dishes. It's in HITEC City but away from traffic noise, so it feels peaceful while still being in the city. A good blend of modern convenience, tranquility, and luxury for business or leisure travelers.

The location suited my needs, and the service was quite good, though there could always be a little extra sparkle. My room at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre was clean, comfortable, and just right. Overall, a great experience. I'd happily come back.

The hotel is well located, which made commuting easy, and its gym, pool, and business facilities were well maintained and suited both leisure and business travel. The dining was another highlight: an impressive breakfast spread with plenty of fresh, delicious Indian and international dishes, served in a pleasant atmosphere by attentive restaurant staff. My room was spacious and spotless, with modern interiors, a comfortable bed, and a city view. Housekeeping kept it in excellent condition, and requests were handled promptly. From arrival, the welcome was warm and check-in seamless. Staff were courteous, professional, and ready to help throughout, which made me feel valued. Novotel Hyderabad delivered comfort, service, and quality, and deserves five stars. I highly recommend it for business or leisure, and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. At Permit to Grill, Bhumika and head chef Dean gave great service and the food was even better. The seekh pizza and jalebi rabri are must-tries. Chef Jitendra, Angel, and Sandeep at Food Exchange were consistently helpful during Sunday brunch. The room arrangements from Sai Charan, Vamshi, Prasanno, and Suvodeep in housekeeping were wonderful. Naina Kumari from guest relations and Anahita from marketing were responsive and caring. Many thanks to everyone for the exceptional hospitality and care.
