Super Collection O Pnr International Mehdipatnam

The actual property looked nothing like the photos or online listing, and I didn’t feel safe in the bad neighborhood around it. The room was filthy, with both cockroaches and mice. It’s clear hygiene isn’t a priority here. Staff were also extremely impolite and unhelpful throughout my stay. I regret booking and would avoid this hotel. There are much better and safer options nearby.

We had to cancel our booking at Super Collection O Hotel PNR International in Mehdipatnam after staff demanded far more than the price OYO had shown and confirmed. The ₹200 booking amount we’d already paid through OYO wasn’t refunded either. There was clearly poor communication between the hotel and OYO, which left us confused and inconvenienced. Between the price mismatch, refund problem, and lack of coordination, the experience was unsatisfactory. I’d rate the hotel 2 out of 5 stars.

Cockroaches were everywhere, I was charged way too much, and the AC room I paid for had a broken AC. Staff offered no help. This place seems intended only for local couples, not travelers.

The rooms smelled and weren’t hygienic, and no one cleaned mine for 2 days. Room service was awful. I had to check out before my booking time. Don’t trust the photos online. One of the worst experiences of my life.
