The hotel itself was just okay, but getting there was awful. The road right in front is full of potholes, mud, and standing water, with an open drain that smells badly. My cab driver refused to take that road because he was worried about getting his car dirty. There was also a pack of street dogs by the gate, hardly a welcoming sight. The delegates who came to see me were upset by the whole experience and started teasing me by calling it “Slum Hotel.” I was embarrassed. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. Management needs to fix these problems.

The property is very good, the staff are fabulous, and the dining area is okay. Breakfast was just okay too, though the kitchen and pantry weren't working, so you couldn't even order tea or coffee. The access road is really bad, and the place is hard to find, so use Google Maps. If you like eating outside, you can order from Zomato, Swiggy, and similar services. Having your own vehicle could make it easier to enjoy the property.

The staff are good and will bring you what you ask for with a smile. It's a decent hotel, but breakfast is the only meal available, and you can't order tea here. If you want food after breakfast, you'll have to go out.

I had a very bad stay, and this may end my association with Fabhotels. The rooms seem not to have been cleaned in years, the toilet flush didn't work, and there was no hot water. There weren't enough staff, and the hotel has no restaurant. The entrance road is full of potholes too. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Being right on the road was a plus for me. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the staff were prompt and helpful. A very good place to stay.
