Ms. Shruti was attentive and helpful on both visits, and kindly remembered me on the return trip. She made all the administrative stuff easy, and I’d like to commend her service. On my first night, I was upgraded to a One Bedroom Executive. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was and by the appliances, especially the fridge that actually worked. On the later visit, I stayed in a Studio Deluxe. Its amenities were sufficient and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the consistent hot water. The rooms felt up to standard and were very comfortable for the price. The facilities overall are quite limited, though. The hotel was newly built in 2024, so I decided to try it since I’ve always been a fan of the Citadines chain. It’s currently in the middle of nowhere and out of the way of most places, but an Uber makes most destinations pretty accessible. The hotel felt secure, the security and hotel staff were very friendly, and the welcome lobby on level 14 has amazing views. I’d recommend it for a short or longer stay, especially if you need a washing machine. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

The in-house restaurant was good, with friendly service, which was a relief after reception had set low expectations. The rooms were okay, though dust may have affected maintenance. For a relatively new hotel, it was already showing wear. Housekeeping missed towel changes and water replacements a couple of times, and we had to call to follow up. The area has a lot of construction, so everything feels dusty, and the final stretch of road is basically missing, as others have noted. Nearby restaurants and other places aren’t convenient to reach. The reception staff seemed untrained in customer service and were blunt. As a platinum member, I asked for a 3pm checkout and was told to check the website to see that it was sold out. There was barely a greeting when we arrived or a thank-you when we left. The interaction felt purely transactional. I’ve stayed at many Citadines and Somerset properties, and this was one of my worst stays, not what I’d usually expect from ASR. It was decent overall, but could have been better. There are better options at this price, and I’ll explore those next time.

The reception staff could have been more welcoming. A friendly smile and warmer interaction were missing, and that was the only drawback for me. Our room was spacious, neat, and clean, with a comfortable queen-size bed. All the facilities were available and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the stay.

Vishbender Gujjar from security was a great help with my luggage, getting me through the elevator and taking me to the front desk. Rohit from housekeeping kept everything in top shape and helped with whatever I needed in the room. Service was outstanding all around, from security at check-in and front desk help to food and housekeeping. I had a great stay. A1 service, highly recommend!

I booked a Studio Executive with Balcony & Breakfast, and the stay was extremely good. The room was spacious and had every amenity. I liked everything about it. Special shoutout to Mr. Dharvendra at the Breakfast Restaurant. He served us really well. ✌️
