Booked online, then they asked for more money, claiming a technical glitch meant the actual price was higher than what I'd paid. I can see similar prices every day, so this feels like fraud. Classic cheap hotel trick.

The room was below standard for the price. It was very dirty, especially the walls, bed, and bedsheet. Better look at nearby properties.

The rooms were nice, but the mattress was awful. Most of its springs were broken, and sleeping on it hurt my back.

The staff were rude and unprofessional. The hotel was unhygienic and didn't look like the pictures. They might even move you to a different property without your consent, even after you've paid the full booking amount.

We had a good stay for the price. The food was acceptable, and there's an in-house restaurant you can use whenever you need. Staff behavior was excellent. International guests are allowed too, and you can visit with friends or family. Check availability before you arrive. All the rooms were booked when I was there, and I saw some people disappointed to have to leave after arriving.
