The room was extremely noisy from outside sounds, and I stayed there for no more than an hour while urgently looking for another hotel. It was too late to cancel the booking, so I left and moved elsewhere. My husband and our friend also refused to check in and didn't stay. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The service problems were minor compared with the room itself. I recorded a message to my husband describing what I found, and the screenshots clearly show the conditions: very dirty bed linen, a wet used towel, cigarette burn holes in the bedding and curtains, dirty furniture, and a toilet and shower covered in what appeared to be mold. There was no toilet paper, the room smelled bad, and it was extremely cold, almost as cold as outside. I didn't see insects, bedbugs, or cockroaches, probably because even they don't live in conditions like that.

The location was the only good part. We booked two nights and were first given a third-class room. After we refused it, they moved us to one that was only slightly better. Breakfast was charged when we booked, but each day they served the same menu, bought from a local shop. I even had to pay for tea, which is usually included with breakfast. The whole experience was terrible; everything else was a disaster.

The room was very clean and roomy, with a comfortable king bed and a spotless bathroom. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, and made us feel welcome. The hallways were quiet, the surroundings beautiful, and there's free Wi-Fi. The location was great, the food was excellent, and it was very good value for money. The stylish room and first-class service exceeded expectations. The entire experience was exceptional.

Whenever I visit Agra, I plan to stay at Hotel Ravi Palace again. The night team takes good care of us, and the lady working during the day is very pleasant. Thank you, it’s a very good hotel.

We had a very disappointing stay. The water was shut off for long stretches during the day, and when we tried to raise the issue, staff responded with attitude instead of helping. The rooms weren’t clean, service was poor, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.
