The terrace is nice on a cool evening, but awful on hot days, and the upkeep could use a lot more effort. It’s an ordinary small hotel, like thousands of others. The rooms are standard these days, with some in good condition and some with defects, so there’s not much to say. Service is decent, though nothing special, and the young staff are okay. Food at Latitude is standard cooking, neither exceptional nor something to complain about. Management sets the standard, and if they don’t know what top class means, the people below them can’t be expected to learn it. You can manage here, but after staying at ten similar places, you might not remember this one.

We were very well looked after, and the staff paid attention to what guests needed. Breakfast was very good, and the prompt service and warm hospitality stood out. Everyone had a smile. We had a great stay at The Tulip.

We had lunch today at the rooftop Latitude restaurant and were impressed with both the taste and portion size of the Butter Nan and Butter Chicken. Service was quick and efficient, with reasonable prices. There’s liquor available, seating indoors and outside, and a beautiful view. Parking inside the property is limited.

I was looking for a place for some colleagues, so I can’t comment on the service. The place seemed cozy, with neat and clean rooms and a pleasant ambience. It’s in a great location, right on airport road and close to malleshwaram.

We stayed for a couple of days in room 311 on November 24 and 25, 2025. At 1:30am, one of the bed lights fell onto the table and broke, without anyone touching it. I waited until morning to tell maintenance so I wouldn’t disturb anyone at night. When the maintenance man came, he charged me 2500 for no reason, even after we explained it had fallen by itself. He said they had to replace the whole set of two over one small piece of glass. That was very wrong and rude. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.
