The room we got on the second floor was spacious, but it wasn't clean, and the washroom had the same problem. The sofa and doormat were dirty, as was the drawer. They came promptly after I asked for cleaning, but the floor still felt sticky afterwards. The kettle, glasses, and coffee mugs were shabby, and the water bottle was empty when we arrived and looked dirty. They do have the amenities, but need to maintain them properly. I can only assume the ground-floor rooms are better kept. Our second-floor room seemed completely overlooked, even though they knew a guest was coming. A disappointing stay.

We had a great time here. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel provided the things we use regularly. A chair and a 0 power light were the only two things missing. Thanks for reading all the way through.

They arranged an easy paid pickup for us from the railway station, and the food made in-house was delicious. We spent two nights here, on March 28 and 29, and had a wonderful stay at this comfortable homestay in the heart of town. Our family room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The room is very enclosed, so AC is essential. I was told the ACs would be installed in a day or two. I'll visit again.

Deepak made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived at Agra Bliss Hotel, and showed me to a beautifully arranged, very clean room. During my stay, Diepsh was always around to help, gave useful tips about local attractions, and even arranged a guided tour of the Taj Mahal. He was attentive, warm, and went out of his way for me. I felt more like a friend than a guest, which made the visit memorable. If you're in Agra, I'd recommend Agra Bliss Hotel, and asking for Diepsh as your host if possible. His service was the best part of my trip.

Abhishek ji, keep up the good work. I was struck by the luxurious rooms, and the staff behaved excellently. The hotel also felt safe and secure, which means a lot to me. I've suggested that others visit, and I'm sure they won't regret it. I'd love to return.
