I was promised a quiet room on a non-smoking floor, but guests in the neighboring rooms were loud well past midnight and smoked so much that the corridor and my room filled with tobacco smoke. Management stayed quiet about it. The property felt badly managed. My room was damp, the bathroom smelled of sewer gas, and the toilet backed up after flushing. The fixtures and washbasin were dirty. The air conditioner was either freezing or not cooling at all, and the lighting hurt my eyes. Breakfast had no choice, and there was no complimentary drinking water. They also charge extra for every non-cash payment, including UPI. I wish there were a rating below one star 🤮

The rooms are okay, but the service isn’t, and the reception staff have a lot of attitude. They wouldn’t accept prepayment, and the neighborhood isn’t good. If you need reliable hot water, seriously avoid this place. I’d especially avoid it with family. I can’t give zero stars, so it’s one, and I’d rethink giving it five.

They denied my booking even though it had been confirmed. The reservation showed on their tablet, but they said there was nothing under my name. Then they asked me to wait one or two hours for a room to check out. Who checks out in the middle of the night? Recommended for unmarried couples. Have fun.

The staff were great about our early checkout and brought breakfast to our room before its scheduled start time. Dinner was tasty and good value too. The hotel is near LLRM hospital and the University. The rooms are small, with a little TV, a chair, and a cupboard, and were okay for a budget stay. The bathroom was just okay as well.

For a budget stay near the university area, this place is okay, nothing great but not bad. Rooms have the basics, including a fan, AC, and TV. Parking is very limited since there are two hotels here, and it’s in open plots, though a guard is around to help.
