We stayed for three days with family and got much better service than I expected for the price. The rooms were clean, the AC worked well, and the food came hot and tasted good. Housekeeping keeps the place in great shape, and the team were really nice and polite. The front office helped us whenever we needed them. For comfort, a reasonable price, and good service, Hyphen hotel is the best hotel in Meerut. Thanks to the team for making our trip so memorable.

My office made the booking, but the hotel flatly refused to honor the dinner included in the plan. They also made me pay extra when they chose to change my single occupancy booking to double occupancy. It was the worst experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room felt cramped because it was so small, which made staying for long uncomfortable. The price is extremely high for the room’s size and quality. For what it costs, the experience falls short, and I wouldn’t call it good value.

Staff were singing loudly in the gallery and lobby, and there was a bad bidi and cigarette smell. The reception team also came across as blunt, argumentative, and discourteous, and they were very slow with things like keys and bill preparation. My booking was shortened by two days and I was compelled to leave the room. It was not a good experience.
