The 24-hour checkout timing was the best part for me. It’s a good property roughly a 10-minute walk from Solapur Railway station, and the rooms were nice and matched the hotel’s pictures. It’s a three-storey building with no lift, which is a downside if you’re travelling with family or senior citizens. Still, I had a good experience overall.

The station is only a short walk away, which made getting around really convenient. Staff were very helpful and professional, and the rooms were kept clean, hygienic, and in excellent condition. I had a comfortable, relaxing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it for the service, cleanliness, and location.

There was no room service at all during the full 2-day stay, which isn’t acceptable for a hotel offering standard services. One male staff member was also extremely rude and unprofessional. I’d booked two nights with check-in and check-out from 10 PM to 10 PM. My train was at 4 AM, so I asked for a few extra hours and was ready to pay for them. The hotel was almost empty, but management insisted on charging for a whole extra day. That felt unreasonable and showed little consideration for guests. Very disappointing service and no flexibility.

The staff were courteous and quick to help, and the front desk was friendly and customer oriented. The room was spacious and very clean, and the food was delicious. The hotel is in a convenient location. The whole team seemed focused on making guests happy, and I’d recommend staying here.
