HOTEL The Rich Grand

Hotel Rich Grand is in a handy spot for shops, restaurants, and transport, and the restaurant had tasty food with plenty of choices. The team welcomed me warmly, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable bed and the amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a good job each day, and the hotel felt quiet and relaxing. I thought it was good value and would gladly stay here again.

The staff's honesty really stayed with us. I left my wedding ring in the room and only noticed after reaching the railway station. When I called, they quickly packed it carefully and handed it safely to the Rapido rider I had booked. We were amazed by their responsible, kind response. We also had a lovely couple's stay at rich grand hotel. Check-in went smoothly, and the polite, respectful staff made us feel comfortable. Our room was clean, spacious, peaceful, and well maintained, with a cozy atmosphere and good privacy. The hotel was elegant and calm, everything was clean, and the facilities were well managed. Room service was quick, the food was delicious, and the location was convenient. The whole visit felt relaxing and memorable, and the service and hospitality exceeded what we expected. We'd recommend it to couples and families, and hope to visit again.

Receptionist “mohan” was a nice person. The staff were warm and accommodating, and made sure we had a good stay with the family. The kids loved the swimming pool, and my spouse and I enjoyed how peaceful and comfortable the rooms were.

Getting around from this hotel was really convenient, and the friendly staff made check-in and checkout easy. We had clean, modern rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, and a generous breakfast to start the day. Highly recommend it!
