Hotel Viren Sofitel

I saw four rooms, both AC and non-AC, and they were all similar or worse. The nice room pictures on the website are misleading. Inside, it was unhygienic, with dirty rooms and bathrooms. The bedsheets weren't clean, taps and switches were broken, and so was the AC unit. The damaged locks on every door made the hotel feel unsafe. Staff weren't cooperative. Not suitable for any kind of trip. Unfortunately, this is the worst hotel I've chosen recently.

When we asked for the room to be cleaned, staff made faces and said it was already clean enough, with no more cleaning to be done. The beds were dusty and filthy enough to cause itching or infections, and they had pushed the dirt under them. Bathrooms were the dirtiest part, with broken doors missing their hinges. Switchboards hung out of the walls, and the walls were burned. Staying there could ruin your trip.

The room and sheets were dirty, and everything felt like it was in the worst possible state. The receptionist had bad manners, and there was no service at all. One of the worst places I've ever paid to stay.

Noisy and no wifi. It was so dirty and everything about the stay was terrible. I was really upset by it.
