I booked and paid in full in the OYO app for an AC room and breakfast, but they demanded another 500 and said they wouldn't give me an AC room unless I paid. The person running the place was very rude, basically telling me to do whatever I wanted. They also said they wouldn't provide breakfast, and there wasn't even a towel or soap. The hotel should be delisted because places like this can hurt OYO's reputation. Worst OYO experience ever.

Mosquitoes kept biting me all night, and the owner made me pay again in cash even though I'd already prepaid through OYO. He said he didn't know who OYO was. OYO, please return my money. I've been trying to get help for a week, but nobody at your grievance cell has answered my calls. Please help.

The rooms had nice lighting and were good. Most things were manageable, but the staff need to improve how they speak to and treat customers.

Please be careful booking this place. It isn't in Tajganj, Agra, and is outside the main market. There's no food or transport available, and the bathroom was very cheap and unclean. We felt the hotel had fooled us. Avoid this kind of place.
