We checked out after just an hour because the room was like garbage and the keeper was incredibly arrogant and indecent. For what it offers, the price is far too high. It ruined our beautiful Uttarakhand trip. If someone asks me about my worst hotel stay, I’d name this one. Horrible.
Mosquitoes and bed bugs were everywhere, and the rooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic. There was a strong, unpleasant smell too, which made being there uncomfortable. My experience was very bad overall, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The rooms were above average, but the prices were high and the service was awful. My own experience was okayish until the owner’s rude, ill-tempered behavior spoiled it. It’s around 2.5-3 km from Tajmahal, with shared autos costing 30 rupees. You could try other nearby rooms.
The rooms are low quality and dirty, and the service is very poor. A waste of money, don’t come here.
The mattress quality was really poor, and the bathroom was terrible. Cleaning doesn’t seem to be kept up, it looks like they clean only after two or three services. The hotel is in the city center, though the location isn’t that good.
