Osaka Taj Hotel

For a very tight budget, this could work. The hotel is near the Agra Cantt railway station and Devi Ram square bus stop, and you can take an electric city bus for getting around. I booked through goibibo, stayed one night on a solo trip, and found it affordable and satisfying for what I paid. In my small single room there were towels, soap, a warm blanket, a clean toilet and bathroom, and hot water on request. Wi-Fi was there, though I didn’t use it. The owner or manager was very helpful and ready to sort out issues. I would’ve liked a cleaner bedsheet. The rooms are on the second floor, which could be hard on bad knees, but it wasn’t a problem for me traveling alone.

The service ran smoothly, and the staff were helpful and courteous. Good hotel with excellent rooms.

The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained, and the location worked well for us. The reception staff treated us wonderfully, and everyone was cooperative and well behaved.

Parking isn’t available here. I came back after a long time, though, and found the service very good. The staff were supportive toward customers.
