OYO 18429 Hotel Sai President

We booked through the OYO app, but at check-in they charged almost twice as much for one room. The room was in poor condition, with no lock, a broken toilet flush, and not much cleanliness. They also didn't provide hot water for bathing. A bad experience. 👎👎

They also charged Rs 250 extra for bedding for an additional person. A major fire broke out at the hotel because of an electrical short circuit. The staff seemed indifferent and ignored customers calling for help to put it out. In the end, the hotel lost all power.

There were rats all over the rooms, and when we raised it, staff said there was nothing they could do and we should just let them roam around. The manager seemed drunk and didn't know what he was saying while taking payment. He called me down to reception four times just to confirm it because he couldn't find it. I'd never recommend this cheap place to anyone.

The pictures of the hotel are totally different from what you get, so don't judge it by the photos. They charge a lot, but the facilities are basically zero. There are no geysers, the surroundings are dirty, and cleaning isn't done properly. Water stopped coming at 3am. I went to reception, but both the manager and the other staff member were asleep. The staff were really rude, and overall the service was very bad. This is a real review, so be alert before making plans.
