The hotel was really cheap, the room and bathroom were dirty, and the staff were rude.

I had trouble getting basic amenities, and staff either ignored requests or made excuses. They seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and gave me the impression they weren’t properly trained or committed to looking after guests. The room also had cleanliness problems and old furnishings, while hallway and room noise kept me from getting a good night’s sleep. My stay at Vaibhav Palace was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I hope they take the feedback seriously and improve their service and staff training.

The staff behaved very badly, and the hotel was in very poor condition. I’d tell people to avoid staying here.

We booked nearly the whole hotel for my brother’s wedding from 9 to 11 Nov 2018, but the service was still pathetic. Staff were extremely rude and uncooperative. It took ages to get even a cup of coffee sent to the room, and we had to beg them to come clean. It’s shocking that a property owned by some political bigwig is run so badly. This was by far the worst experience our family had, and I urge other travellers not to book here. I don’t think the hotel deserves even one star, but Google requires a rating to post a review.
