The thali came without all the items listed on the menu, and they charged a service fee without giving me a GST bill. They also wouldn't provide ordinary drinking water, so customers have to buy mineral water. Poor restaurant service.

The utensils weren't properly clean, and the food looked awful. Prices were high for food of such low quality. It was really disgusting, and going there feels like a pointless risk. This is the worst restaurant I've ever visited.

The bed was broken, and the bathroom had dripping taps, a filthy smelling seat, and water that smelled awful. The place was dirty and unhygienic. The TV, WiFi, AC, and telephone weren't working either. Please don't book this hotel.

The food was so bad we couldn't eat it, and the price felt too high for both the quality and the quantity. The staff's service was third-rate too. It felt like a total rip-off and exploitation of customers.

The washroom water smelled so bad we couldn't use it to wash our faces. The room wasn't clean either.
