Parking is plentiful, and the hotel has good space, friendly service, and dependable staff. One thing to watch is the turn just inside the main gate. There’s a blind spot, which can put cars coming from behind at risk, especially at night, so take care when entering or leaving. It’s a decent place if you value parking and hospitality.

Some parts of the hotel have been renovated and look nice, but the experience was still awful. The glasses were dirty, and paint was already peeling in the fancy, freshly renovated room. After midnight there was no warm water, and nobody responded when I complained. There was also loud partying all night. The morning reception staff were nice, but the rest were arrogant and completely incapable. You have to go ask for basics like bottled water and toilet paper every single day, even when they’re complimentary. They charged extra for things they promised at check-in, then didn’t provide them unless I argued and kept asking. When I pointed out that I’d paid for a service, they told me to chill instead of sorting it out. They also charged an extra 500 INR plus taxes per night for breakfast, then didn’t offer it and didn’t tell me. I was left hungry and found the restaurant in the dark. A very nice older man helped by making an omelet and toast, but that wasn’t worth 500 INR. If you’re stuck there for a wedding, you’ll have to put up with it. Otherwise, don’t stay there.

The ambiance, food, service, and staff behavior were especially good. Best hotel in jalandhar.

I had a terrible stay at Regent Park Hotel because of the service. Chadhary Shaab was especially rude and unhelpful. When I tried to talk to him, he seemed frustrated and didn’t make a proper effort to help. I can’t recommend the hotel.
